Answers with your business information: the assistant uses what you upload (documents, FAQs, your website, price lists) and, when a question needs someone on your team, it hands the conversation over.
Exportable conversations: conversations stay in the AnswerForMe inbox, linked to each contact, and you can export them to load into your CRM or an internal system.

Integrations: what exists today

The real integrations are Mercado Pago, Mercado Libre and Google Calendar. There is no native integration with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Custom development
