2. Description of Service

AnswerForMe provides an AI-powered customer service platform that integrates with the WhatsApp Business API. The service includes:

  • AI-driven response automation
  • Conversation management dashboard
  • WhatsApp Business integration
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Customizable knowledge base

3. User Accounts

To use AnswerForMe, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Distribute illegal, harmful or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Interfere with the operation of the service

5. Plans and Billing

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for partial periods

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of AnswerForMe. Our service is protected by copyright, trademarks and other applicable laws.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the AI service. We do not use your content to train general AI models without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

AnswerForMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months of service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a 24/7 available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
