1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnswerForMe services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

AnswerForMe provides an AI-powered customer service platform that integrates with the WhatsApp Business API. The service includes:

• AI-driven response automation
• Conversation management dashboard
• WhatsApp Business integration
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Customizable knowledge base

3. User Accounts

To use AnswerForMe, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute illegal, harmful or fraudulent content
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the service

5. Pricing, credit packs and payments

• AnswerForMe is pay-as-you-go: you buy credit packs with a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Credits are deducted for every operation that has a cost for AnswerForMe. Each call the assistant makes to the AI model, including reading voice notes and images and loading catalogs or documents, deducts credits in proportion to its processing cost, rounded up, with a minimum of 1 credit per call; one reply to a customer may therefore require more than one call. Messages the service sends without calling the AI, such as appointment reminders and confirmations, deduct a fixed number of credits per message.
• Credits measure AI processing, not the number of messages. A message or a reply can consume more than one credit depending on its content (for example long voice notes, images, documents or the length of the conversation). AnswerForMe does not guarantee a fixed number of messages or replies per credit or per pack. Usage is visible in your account, under Billing.
• Free credits and purchased pack credits are used until they run out.
• When the balance reaches zero the assistant stops replying until a new pack is loaded. Your conversations and setup are kept.
• Meta's charges for WhatsApp messages depend on how the account is connected. If Meta bills them directly to the customer's WhatsApp Business account, they are not deducted from the credits. If AnswerForMe pays them on the customer's behalf, they are deducted from the credits at Meta's rate for the recipient's country and shown in the billing section.
• Published prices may change with 30 days prior notice. A price change does not affect packs already purchased.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example Paddle, PayPal or Mercado Pago), which may act as an authorized reseller of the service and issue the receipt.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of AnswerForMe. Our service is protected by copyright, trademarks and other applicable laws.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the AI service. We do not use your content to train general AI models without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

AnswerForMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months of service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a 24/7 available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
