What is a credit?
It is the unit you pay for the assistant's usage with. Each time the assistant calls the AI it uses at least 1 credit; reading your customers' voice notes or images uses more. A reply can take more than one call, so a credit is not a message: even a simple text reply usually uses several credits, and long voice notes, images, documents and long conversations use more. You can see your real usage in Billing. Appointment reminders also use credits. What Meta charges for WhatsApp messages is not included in these credits: depending on how your account is connected, Meta bills you directly or it is deducted from your balance, and in that case you see it in Billing.
How long can I use my balance?
Until it runs out. The free credits and the packs you buy are used at your own pace, whenever you need them.
What happens when I run out of balance?
The assistant stops replying until you top up. Your conversations and your setup stay intact.
Is there a monthly fee or a commitment?
No. There is no subscription and no automatic charges. You pay for a pack when you need it.
Does the assistant answer better if I pay?
No. It's the same assistant with the free credits and with packs: it answers just as well. The only thing that changes is how many replies it can give. Packs add balance, they don't improve the answers.
How do I pay?
In US dollars, with PayPal or with USDT (Tether, on the BNB Smart Chain BEP-20 network). With PayPal you can pay with your account or with a card.
